The Sydney Opera House is one of the most iconic buildings in the world. It looked spectacular with the grand scale projections that turned it into an artwork. It’s a pity that Sydney had the worst storms in many years. But nothing can diminish the spectacle of one of the best light shows, not even the wind and the rain.
And as if Vivid is not reason enough to visit Sydney, I attended a tremendous 2 day session with the author of Million Dollar Maverick and the consultant’s consultant Alan Weiss. It was a great forum for looking at how to accelerate and sustain business growth.
Some of the key information and insights Alan shared during the session included:
- You can’t be timid.
- The ultimate brand is you.
- If you are not energised by what you do, don’t do it.
- Risk is required for growth.
An enthralling two days that challenged your thinking.
