The Client
Is the world’s largest and most proven supplier of surface and underground mining equipment simulators to the global mining industry.
The Challenge
Rapid business growth across the globe and product differentiation had led to the implementation of a number of poorly integrated systems. There was no company-wide view of critical business information, such as inventory. This resulted in the various business activities having to undertake data extraction, manipulation and review processes to deliver management reporting.
The Solution
Our client recognised that an integrated financial and manufacturing system (ERP) would enable them to assess customer and product profitability across the world, as well as synchronising customer orders with inventory purchasing and production.
The Result
Realising-Potential was engaged to formulate the requirements definition, assist with the software and vendor selection process and the application implementation.
