“My passion to design and build solutions started with a Bachelor of Science - Architecture, it was through this journey that I first discovered the application of 3D computer aided design (CAD) to help clients better understand complex models. My Architectural thesis on interfacing 3D CAD models to external analysis applications forged a two decade career in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Defence industries in modelling, analysing and manufacturing products across the globe. I was responsible for the establishment of a four year joint venture manufacturing project between the South Australian Government and SGI (Silicon Graphics Inc.) based in Adelaide, one of only five approved globally. Through this position as the national manufacturing marketing manager for SGI we helped pioneer solutions for rapid prototyping, immersive technologies and computer simulation. Now as a co-founder of Realising-Potential I have co-authored the book “Connecting the Dots” and developed the realising success framework to empower organisations to drive and deliver change.”
