Cybernetic Leadership Experience (Virtual)

Overview

Our Virtual Cybernetic Leadership Experience is designed to prepare and engage leaders and managers to work in an increasingly integrated and automated world.

Emerging and evolving technologies, adaptive ways of working and increasing complexity in all aspects of business means leaders and managers need new tools and approaches to better navigate, leverage and action.

The 3 x 2 hour sessions will:

• Outline what needs to be considered for AI led improvement and transformation.

• Explain the key principles of Cybernetic Leadership and Management, why it matters.

• Explore the 7 perspectives needed and how they form a system in an increasingly automated and integrated world.

• Show how leaders can better understand and gain insight into the dynamics and reality of their organisation.

• Explore human communication and technology interaction including approaches to sense-making.

• Position how to leverage People, Systems, Capability and Data.

• Redefine what’s needed from and expected of leaders in a Cybernetic world.
