Cybernetic Leadership Experience (Virtual)
Cybernetic Leadership means seeing our organisations as living, adaptive systems, with goals, structures, processes, capabilities, applied technologies, and vested interests. Combine these with evolving human and artificial intelligence results in increasing complexity. This virtual session will outline things that today’s leaders need to rethink and redefine so they can shape and position their organisation for the future.

This 3 x 2 hour Cybernetic Leadership Experience will:
Outline what needs to be considered for AI led improvement and transformation.
Explain the key principles of Cybernetic Leadership and Management, why it matters.
Explore the 7 perspectives needed and how they form a system in an increasingly automated and integrated world.
Show how leaders can better understand and gain insight into the dynamics and reality of their organisation.
Explore human communication and technology interaction including approaches to sense-making.
Position how to leverage People, Systems, Capability and Data.
Redefine what’s needed from todays leaders.
The 3 x 2 hour sessions will be hosted virtually on Zoom. Each experience runs for 2 hours per week over a 3 week period.
